Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using FeteMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use FeteMap.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

FeteMap is an event discovery platform. We help you find Carnival fetes, view details, and link out to ticketing and promoter pages. We do not host events, sell tickets, or operate venues.

• You may submit events for inclusion on FeteMap.
• All submissions are subject to admin review and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our sole discretion for any reason.
• You represent that you have the right to submit any content (including images and descriptions) and grant FeteMap a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the Service.
• We make no guarantee that any submitted event will be approved or remain listed.

Event information on FeteMap is provided by promoters, third parties, and community submissions. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that any event detail (date, time, venue, lineup, pricing, ticket availability, age restrictions, etc.) is correct, complete, or current. Always confirm details directly with the promoter or ticket provider.

When you tap a ticket link or promoter link, you leave FeteMap and interact with a third party. FeteMap may participate in affiliate programs and earn a commission on certain links. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy. FeteMap is not a party to any transaction between you and a third party.

FeteMap is an event discovery platform and is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability relating to:

• Event cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling
• Venue changes
• Ticket disputes, refunds, or chargebacks
• Promoter actions, conduct, or representations
• Event safety, security, or crowd management
• Inaccurate, outdated, or misleading listings
• Third-party ticketing platform issues or outages
• Your overall experience at any event

You attend events at your own discretion and at your own risk.

• FeteMap may award points for actions like sharing events, submitting approved events, and referring friends.
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted, capped, expired, or revoked at our discretion.
• The leaderboard is for community fun and may be reset, paused, or modified at any time.

We use signals such as IP address, device fingerprint, and account activity to detect referral abuse. We may flag, withhold, or reverse rewards, and suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, fake signups, or other abuse of the program.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content;
• Impersonate any person or organization;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system;
• Use the Service to send spam or distribute malware;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

The FeteMap name, logo, design, and software are owned by FeteMap and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license granted in Section 4.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeteMap and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeteMap from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FeteMap is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
